If the penalty is imprisonment for two years or less or a judicial fine; the court may decide to adjourn the announcement of the verdict. Postponing the announcement of the verdict means that the judgment established does not have a legal effect on the defendant.<\/p>\n

If the defendant has committed a crime deliberately and has a final conviction due to the crime he committed deliberately, a decision to postpone the announcement of the verdict cannot be given.<\/p>\n
