THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE UNJUSTICE APPEAL TO THE ALERT

In the enforcement proceedings, one of the transactions made to collect the debt is to write a lien warrant to the people to whom the debtor is creditor. Upon this warrant written by the enforcement office, the person who has to make a payment to the debtor must make this payment directly to the enforcement office.

The third party must respond correctly to these lien notices. If the third party’s response is proven otherwise in the event of an unjust objection to the notice of attachment, the third party is sentenced to imprisonment from three months to one year and may also be sentenced to compensation.
